S’Court to deliver judgment in Plateau governorship appeal

The Supreme Court is set to deliver judgment on the appeal filed by the governor of Plateau State, Caleb Mutfwang.

Muftwang’s election was upheld by the Plateau State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal in Jos but the appeal court overturned Mutfwang’s victory and declared Nentawe Goshwe of the All Progressives Congress as the winner of the election.

The governor is present in court.
